      INSTRUCTIONS:

       

      1.       Please read all the following instructions carefully.

      2.       This is a take home examination and is accessible from October 04, 2021 at 2.00 PM  and must be submitted by 7.00PM on the same day on the Makerere University Business School E-learning platform (MUBSEP)

      3.       Read the case and answer all the questions that follow

      4.       On the first page of the answer script, indicate the following: Programme name, year of study, semester, course code, course name, student registration number, and student number

      5.       Indicate your student number and signature on every page.

      6.       Your answers should be handwritten on Ruled white paper.

      7.       There are no page limits.

      8.       Scan (in portable document format - PDF) the answer script and the recorded presentation video in one zipped folder (not more than 500mbs). The name of your folder should contain your name and student number. E.g if your name is Otim Charles and student number is 210012789, then the folder name should be OTIMCHARLES210012789. The file should then be submitted to the specified examination submission folder on MUBSEP.

      9.       The path to the examination submission folder on MUBSEP is as follows: Programme> Year of study > course name > Submission of Assignment). You will receive a notification upon successful submission of your answer script.

      10.   An oral test may be undertaken to confirm ownership of the submitted answers through Zoom. You will be contacted in good time should an oral test be required.

      11.   Any clarifications on the examination should be directly sent to Mr Juma Lubega (jlubega@mubs.ac.ug/+256705614018), Mr. Samuel Ssendi, (sssendi@mubs.ac.ug/+256701453639) and Mr. Musa Sentongo (msentongo@mubs.ac.ug/+256704587926). Responses to all clarifications will be broadcast by email to all students in the examination group. 

      12.   The University regulations related to examination malpractices still apply and culprits will be penalized accordingly.

      13.   You are advised to allow at least 25 minutes before the submission deadline to avoid any inconveniences that may arise due to traffic on the system.
