      Assignment Description:

      The Huawei ICT Competition is an international skills-based competition that provides university students with an opportunity to demonstrate their ICT knowledge, enhance practical skills, and connect with global industry opportunities. As Makerere University Business School (MUBS) participates under the Huawei ICT Academy, all RS students are required to register for this competition through the Huawei Talent Online Platform.

      Your task for this assignment is to:

      1. Create an account on the Huawei Talent Online Platform using your official details.

      2. Register for the Huawei ICT Competition 2025 under Makerere University Business School (MUBS).

      3. Take a screenshot showing proof of successful registration (your name, institution, and competition status must be visible).

      4. Upload your proof of registration (username and screenshot)  to MUBS eLearning Platform – MUBSEP.

      Instructions

      1. Log in to MUBSEP and download the Packet Tracer activity file corresponding to the version installed on your computer:

      • RS COURSEWORK 4 EXAM (V8-2-1 Cisco Packet Tracer Version)
      • RS COURSEWORK 4 EXAM (V8-2-2 Cisco Packet Tracer Version)

      1. Rename the downloaded file using your full name and registration number, for example:
        SsendiSamuel_23-U-70023-PS.pkt (Do not ZIP your work)

      2. You are required to work with the provided file only. Do not create or use a new Packet Tracer file.

      3. The exam question and detailed instructions are contained within the provided Packet Tracer activity file.

      4. Perform all configurations and tasks on your own computer during the test period.

      5. The assignment can only be submitted from within MUBS premises.

      6. Submission Deadline: Upload your completed file to MUBSEP before 10:00 a.m.

      7. No additional time will be provided for any excuse. Late submissions will not be accepted.

      Important Note:
      Ensure your Cisco Packet Tracer software is properly installed and operational before the start of the exam. Verify your version (V8.2.1 or V8.2.2) to download the correct activity file.
