The Business & Negotiation Skills course is designed to expose students to introductory aspects of communication and negotiation skills including basic business communication concepts such as the process & principles of communication & negotiation and basics of business English. The course also gives students skills and knowledge to; write key business documents such as letters, memos, notices and reports, prepare & deliver oral public presentations, prepare & manage meetings, use & interpret nonverbal communication as well as application of negotiation strategies & tactics.
